Description

This is a row of three chest tombs dating from the 18th century, located approximately 24 meters southeast of the chancel at the Church of St. Mary. They are made of ironstone and feature panelled sides, corner balusters, and moulded chamfered ledger slabs. The nearest tomb includes an effigy inscribed with the name John Taylor and the date 1797. The tombs are prominently situated to the east of a side entrance to the churchyard.
