Description

The churchyard cross, located approximately 28 meters north-north-east of the north porch of the Church of Holy Cross, dates from the late 14th to 15th century and is made of limestone. It features three steps that lead up to an octagonal plinth with broached corners. The shaft is chamfered and has a late 19th-century top. An early 19th-century drawing by Buckler shows the cross before the shaft was restored. This cross is also scheduled as an Ancient Monument.
