Description

Walmer Cottage is a small, early 19th century villa situated on the north side of Mount Sion. The front facade is painted wood, designed to imitate stonework, with a modillion eaves cornice. It has two storeys, with two sash windows on the first floor, lacking their original glazing bars. Original French windows are present on the ground floor, along with a verandah and hood. The side elevation is clad with weatherboard. The cottage is part of a group of properties, numbered 9 to 29 (odd).
