Description

Sion House, located at No 15 Mount Sion, is a mid-19th century building featuring two parallel ranges that rise three storeys and include a basement. The exterior is stuccoed, with the front range topped by a slate roof and the rear range by a tiled roof. The front facade is flanked by four plain pilasters and contains four sash windows that retain their glazing bars. There is a porch supported by square columns, and the property is enclosed by cast iron spear railings. The side elevation is finished with tile hanging. Sion House is part of a group with Nos 9 to 29 (odd).
