Description
Holst House is a mid-19th century building located on Dudley Road. It is two storeys high with a basement and constructed of stock brick, featuring bands of red brick. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, and it has a cornice with brackets at the eaves. The first floor has three round-headed sash windows with keystones, while the ground floor has cambered sash windows. The entrance is framed by a doorcase that includes a cornice with decorative paterae, large stylized console brackets, and pilasters. There is a balustrade above the cornice, and area railings are present.
