Description

This is a headstone located approximately 5 meters south of the porch of the Old Church of St Peter, dated 1651 in memory of Edward Fry. It is an upright sandstone slab that stands about 450 millimeters high. The top of the headstone is shaped around a carving of a winged cherub's head. The inscription features Roman serif upper and lower case lettering, which commemorates the death of Edward Fry in 1651.
