Part of the Abergavenny estate, it bears the Abergavenny initials. Mid C19. Two storeys and attic with gables on the front and left side elevation. The front elevation is stuccoed with a stone ground floor. The side elevation is of painted brick. Tiled roof with fretted bargeboards. The front elevation has one mullioned and transomed diamond paned casement and one four-light oriel. Simple doorcase.
