Description

The Cottage is a 18th century or earlier building located in Frant Eridge Green. It is two storeys high and features five windows. The ground floor is constructed of brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung, with both sections painted. The roof is tiled and has a symmetrical design with half-hipped gables at each end, each displaying the letter "A" of the Abergavenny Estate. At the north-east end, there is a recessed window-bay with a similar gable. The building includes some casement windows as well as some sash windows with glazing bars.
