Description
This is a chest tomb located approximately 1.5 metres south of the porch of the Old Church of St Peter. It dates from the 16th or 17th century and is made of sandstone. The sides are constructed from coursed blocks of sandstone, and it features a thick soffit-chamfered lid. The top of the lid is quite worn, and any inscription that may have been present has faded away.
