Description

This is an 18th-century wall located 30 yards north of the Old Rectory in Addington. The wall is constructed of coursed galletted rubble stone blocks on the north side and red brick on the south side. It features a stepped, corbelled coping and has gate-piers at the right-hand end, which were rebuilt in the 20th century. The wall stands 8 feet high and is 70 yards long. It is included in the listing for its group value.
