Description

114 and 116 St Leonard's Street are a pair of cottages built in the early 19th century, with heightening done in the late 19th century. They are constructed of stone rubble with red brick dressings on a stone plinth, and the upper part is heightened in yellow brick. The cottages have a tiled roof featuring a central brick chimneystack. They are two storeys tall and have four windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The first-floor windows are cambered 19th-century casements, while the ground floor has casements as well. The doorways have cambered doorcases with plank doors.
