Description
22 The Parade is a corner building dating from around 1840. It has four storeys and is constructed of painted brick. The stone parapet features dropped moulded eaves cornice. There are seven sash windows, with the corner windows set in moulded architraves. The first-floor window has a Greek key design frieze and two console brackets. The early 19th-century shopfront includes pilasters. The elevation facing Market Street has three sash windows, all with architraves that also feature a Greek key design. This building forms a group with Nos 19 and 21 The Parade.
