Description
24 Court Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic and features three windows and two dormers. It is constructed of red brick on a stuccoed base, topped with a tiled roof and a wooden modillion eaves cornice. The ground and first floors each have two canted bays with three lights, and the glazing bars are intact. The entrance is framed by an architrave surround with a pediment supported on brackets, leading to a six-panel door where the center two panels are fielded and the top two are cut away and glazed. Inside, there is original 18th-century panelling, and at the northern end, there is an original lead rainwater head. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 17 to 25 Court Street.
