Description

Number 43 on High Street in Sittingbourne is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of red brick. It features a parapet with stone coping and a moulded wooden cornice, which is complemented by an enriched frieze below. The façade includes three sash windows with intact glazing bars, and a curved three-light window on the ground floor. The entrance is marked by a doorcase with engaged Ionic columns, an open pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, panelled reveals, and a six-panelled door.
