Description

Moss House is a house that dates back to the 16th century, with additions made in the mid-19th century. It has a timber frame that is rendered and features a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and has a continuous jetty with a hipped roof and a central left stack. On the first floor, there are two Gothic-style wood casements with ogee heads, and three similar casements on the ground floor. To the left, there is a two-storey wing from the mid-19th century, constructed of red brick and timber framing. This wing has one Gothic wood casement on each floor and a boarded door to the right, which is topped with a bargeboarded gabled hood.
