Description

Great Norwood is an 18th-century farmhouse situated on a moated site. The building is timber framed and faced with red brick and weatherboard, covered by a plain tile roof. It is two storeys high, with an attic, and features a hipped roof and stacks positioned at the end to the right and rear left. A double-hipped projecting wing extends to the right, and a return hip is present on the left side. The windows are arranged irregularly, with four wood casements on each floor, and a central half-glazed door.
