Description

Tong Green Farmhouse is a 17th-century house constructed of painted brick in English bond, topped with a plain tiled roof. It features a two-cell lobby entry plan and stands two storeys high with a garret on a plinth. The roof is half-hipped and has a central stack of four octagonal chimneys arranged around a central lozenge-shaped chimney. On the first floor, there are two wooden casements and a central stairlight, while the ground floor has two segment-headed wooden casements. The entrance is marked by a central ribbed door with a flat hood supported by brackets.
