Description

46 Tanners Street is a 17th-century timber-framed cottage that was once part of a larger timber-framed range extending from numbers 43 to 46. The first floor overhangs on a bressummer, while the ground floor is finished in painted brick. The building has two storeys and features two windows. The roof is tiled, with a pentice at the back. On the first floor, there is a window with glazing bars on the right and a casement window on the left. The ground floor has a door on the left and a window with a shutter in the center. The cottage is currently in very poor condition. Numbers 46 to 52 form a group.
