Description
The Bull Inn is a 15th-century timber-framed building located on Tanners Street. It features a first floor that overhangs on heavy corner brackets and, on the north side, also extends on the protruding ends of the floor joists. The two central window bays on the west side project slightly more than the rest of the first floor. The building is fronted with stucco and has a tiled roof, although it has modern windows. It stands two storeys high with four windows facing west and one window facing north. The Bull Inn, along with Nos 2 to 4 and 6 to 9, forms a group with the warehouse occupied by G Twyman and Son Ltd and No 64 on West Street.
