Description
Johnson's Farmhouse is a building that dates from the 17th century and 19th century. The eastern part of the farmhouse is 17th century, featuring a timber frame that is faced with weatherboarding at the front and flints with tarred weatherboarding at the back. It has a gable that rises above the roof line and a piled roof, along with two casement windows. The western part of the farmhouse was built in 1821 and consists of two storeys, faced with red brick at the front and tile hung at the back. It has a tiled roof and two sashes with intact glazing bars. The front of this section displays the date "R.F.1821."
