Description

Parkgate House, formerly known as Parkgate Farmhouse, is an 18th-century building located on Parkgate Road in Crockenhill. This two-storey structure features red brick construction and has attics beneath a hipped tiled roof, which is accented by a wooden eaves cornice. The south elevation displays three windows and two dormers, while the west side has two additional windows. All windows are sashes with intact glazing bars. The west front includes a doorcase topped with a flat hood. At the north-west corner, there is a small wing that is of lower elevation and has one window, with the first floor being tile hung.
