Description
This is a farmhouse, dated 1751. It is located on Britain’s Lane. The building has a three-window facade and is two storeys high. The exterior is of random stone with ashlar detailing around the windows and door. There are eaves and a gutter, and the roof is half-hipped with ridge tiles and end brick stacks projecting. The centre has a panelled door with a rectangular fanlight above. A flat, projecting hood with brackets shelters 19th-century lattice casement windows. The ground floor windows are set within flat segmental stone arches. Two hipped dormers are visible.
