Description

The Coach House at Darenth Hulme is a building dating from around 1900. It is a three-bay structure with a two-storey and attic central section topped by a pyramidal roof, and a one-storey and attic section on either side. The roof has a high pitch and is covered with tiles, with gabled half-dormers breaking the eaves. Extensions project from the ground floor on both sides. The walls are constructed of brown knapped flint, with stone quoins and window dressings. It has casement windows. The Coach House forms a group with Darenth House and the stable block.
