Description

18A Market Square is a small two-storey cottage that may date from the 18th century but features an early 19th-century low-pitched, hipped slate roof with an eaves soffit. The cottage has a single window on the first floor, which is a sash window with glazing bars set in an exposed moulded frame. The ground floor has a plain plank door and a modern window positioned under a shallow segmental arch. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 12, 16, 18A, 18, 22, 24, 26, and 28.
