Description

Stacklands Cottage, also known as Nos I and 2, is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building located on the south-east side of School Lane in West Kingsdown. The north end of the cottage features exposed timbering with red brick infilling, while the rest of the structure is faced with flints and red brick on the ground floor and is tile hung above. The cottage has a tiled roof and features casement windows. It is two storeys high with four windows. There is a doorcase that includes a later weather porch supported by wooden columns.
