Description

No 32 (Malt Cottage) and No 34 (The Malt House) is a 16th-century continuous jetty house that was originally jettied on all sides. This two-storey timber-framed building features a plastered front. The first floor extends over the ends of the floor joists, supported by brackets, and includes dragon beams. It has a steeply pitched tiled roof, which is topped with a 17th-century clustered brick chimneystack and gablet. The building also has sprocket eaves and four casement windows.
