Description

Quaker's Hall is an 18th-century building located at 64 Bayham Road. It features a three-window facade and stands two storeys tall. The exterior is made of random stone, with red brick quoins and window dressings. There is a brick band above the ground floor windows, and the building has moulded eaves and a bracketed gutter. The roof is covered with ridge tiles and has end brick stacks, along with two hipped tiled dormers that contain lattice casements. To the right, there is a projecting modern gabled bay window, and to the left of the door, there is a sash window with glazing bars. On the first floor, there are two similar sash windows, and above the door, there is a recessed stone panel. The building has historical associations with the early Quaker movement.
