Description
The wrought iron screen and gates located to the north of the entrance courtyard of Chevening House date from the 18th century. This feature consists of a wrought iron screen fence set on a low brick wall that is topped with stone coping. It is flanked by wrought iron piers that are adorned with crests, which support double gates in the center and at the sides.
