Description

Bridge Cottage East and Bridge Cottage West are a T-shaped, timber-framed structure likely dating from the 16th century. The building features a projecting center with two storeys and an attic, along with two-storey side wings, each with one window. It has high-pitched, half-hipped tiled roofs. At the junction, there is a compound stack with three octagonal shafts and a later rectangular shaft in front. Some of the framing is exposed with brick filling, while the first floor is tile hung and the ground floor is made of brick. The windows are casement style.
