Description
Dourne Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 16th century or early 17th century, with a facade from the 19th or early 20th century. It is timber framed and rendered, topped with a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and a garret, featuring a rendered plinth and a continuous jetty with rendered coving underneath. The roof is half-hipped, and there is a brick ridge stack located to the right of the centre. The fenestration is irregular, consisting of four casements: three are three-light and one is two-light, positioned under the stack. There is a ribbed door beneath the stack, and a rear lean-to is located to the right. To the left, there is a single-storey red brick addition that has no windows on the front. The interior has not been inspected.
