Description
The monument to Amy Charlton is a chest tomb located about 7 metres north of the chancel of the Church of All Saints. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of stone, resting on a doubly-stepped stone base. The tomb features a moulded plinth and a corniced lid, along with bulbous side pilasters. There is a fielded inscription panel with convex corners, which bears the inscription to Amy Charlton, who died in 1789.
