Description

This is a chest tomb dating from the 17th century, located about 1.5 metres east of the chancel of the Church of All Saints. It is made of stone and sits on a rectangular base. The tomb features a moulded plinth, a corniced lid, and moulded side panels. The Latin inscriptions on the tomb are partly illegible. The north side is inscribed to Augustine Hodges, while the west end is carved with achievements.
