Description
An 18th-century building, likely constructed around 1760 by Sir Richard Head, comprising a Mill House, Granary, and Cottage, all under a single tiled roof. The building is a long, single range of two storeys. The Mill House occupies the eastern end and features stuccoed walls, two windows with intact glazing bars in sash windows, and a modern porch. The central Granary has four windows, while the Cottage at the western end has one. The Granary and Cottage are stuccoed on the ground floor and weatherboarded above, with distinctive sprocket eaves.
