Description

This is a group of three 18th-century cottages located at 22-26 Bartholomew Street. Numbers 22 and 24 are built of red brick with grey brick headers and a brick stringcourse. Number 26 has a weatherboard front. Each cottage has two storeys and attics, with one window and one dormer, all retaining their original glazing bars. Numbers 22 and 24 feature doorcases with projecting cornices supported on brackets. Number 26 has a doorcase in its west front, topped with a pediment supported on brackets. All three cottages have tiled roofs. These cottages are part of a wider group featuring Oak Hall.
