Description

Nos 1 to 7 on Theatre Street are buildings from the 18th century or earlier, featuring two storeys and a basement, with a colour-washed exterior. They have a hipped roof covered with old tiles. The front displays four sash windows, some of which retain their glazing bars. The doorways have cambered doorcases with remnants of stone weather hoods. The rear elevation has a roof with three hips. While the section facing the High Street has been modernised, it still contains original beams and two medieval carved angel corbels.
