Nos 14 and 16 on The Bayle in Folkestone are early 19th-century buildings made of stone rubble and stand two storeys tall. They feature a tiled roof and have one sash window with intact glazing bars, which is located at No 16 only. The buildings have a simple paired doorcase. They are part of a group that includes Priory House and Nos 4 to 18 (even).
