Description

This is an 18th-century chest tomb located about 12 metres south of the west end of the Church of St Michael in Hawkinge. It is made of stone and features a moulded plinth and an ovolo-moulded lid, with plain side panels. The inscription on the tomb was illegible at the time of the last survey.
