Description

No 127 on Beach Street is a mid-19th century building that stands three stories tall with a basement, featuring a stuccoed exterior and a hipped slate roof. The front has two sash windows with vertical panes only. To the left, there is a doorcase with a rectangular fanlight above a three-panelled door, accessed by two steps leading to the street. This building is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos 119 to 127 (odd) and also groups with Nos 13 and 14 Coppin Street.
