Description

No. 13 on Coppin Street is a building from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It has two storeys, a basement, and attics, constructed of painted brick. The roof is tiled and features a dormer. The front includes one sash window with intact glazing bars. On the right side, there is a doorcase with a flat cornice and a moulded architrave, leading to a six-fielded panelled door, which has the top two panels cut away and glazed. The entrance is accessed by two steps from the street, and there is a plinth at the base. Nos. 13 and 14 together with No. 127 Beach Street form a group.
