Description

Crabble Mill is a historic building located on Lower Road in Crabble, originally constructed in 1812 to grind flour for troops stationed in Kent during the Napoleonic Wars. The mill stands six storeys tall, with the lower three storeys made of brick and the upper three storeys featuring white weatherboarding. It has an eaves cornice and four sash windows. On the south side, there is a projecting lucan, and to the east, there is an annexe made of flint and weatherboarding. The water wheel has been covered over.
