NONINGTON HOLT STREET TR 25 SE (north west side) 3/138 Granary about 20 metres south-east of Holt Street Farmhouse GV II Granary. C18. Timber framed and weather boarded on red brick base with plain tiled roof. Two storeys with hipped roof, with outshot on ground floor and corrugated iron doors. Wooden casement on first floor, boarded loft door to rear. Included for group value.
