Description

No. 30 Strand Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features three windows. It is constructed of red brick and has a brick stringcourse above the ground and first floors. The building is topped with a tiled roof and has a wooden cornice with dentils at the eaves. The windows retain their original glazing bars. The entrance is a recessed doorway, which is flanked by modern pilasters and topped with a pediment. This property, along with Nos. 30 to 34 (even) and Dolphins Quay House, as well as a gas lamp and bollards, forms a cohesive group.
