Description

33 Strand Street is an early 15th century timber-framed house. It features an overhanging first floor supported by a bressummer, with curved brackets and a corner post that also has a bracket. The ground floor has been rebuilt in brick, and the first floor has been refaced with cement. The house has modern casement windows and a shop front. It has two storeys and two windows, along with an 18th century six-panel fielded door. Inside, there is some late 16th century panelling. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 33 to 45 (odd).
