Description

Nos 5 and 7 on Harnet Street are an early 17th century timber-framed building, featuring a bressumer that is still visible beneath the first floor. The building has been refaced in the 18th century and later. It stands two storeys high with two windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is roughcast. There is one sash window and two sliding sash windows, all with intact glazing bars. No 5 has a modern shop front and a two-panel door, while No 7 features a four-panel bead flush door. Nos 3 to 7 (odd) and Nos 11 to 19 (odd) form a group.
