Description

A pair of headstones located 1 and 2 metres south of the Church of St Mary in Wingham. One headstone commemorates Thomas Winter, who died in 1741, and stands about 3 feet high with an enriched double-headed top. The other headstone is for Edward Baker, who died in 1761, and features a scrolled double head adorned with cherubs, death's heads, and burial tools, measuring about 2 feet high.
