This is a mid-19th century building of two storeys and a basement, facing Middle Street. The exterior is stuccoed and the roof is tiled, featuring one modern dormer. It has one sash window with intact glazing bars, and a simple doorcase to the left of the entrance. The building is included on the heritage register for group value, forming part of a group with numbers 81 to 101 (odd) on the west side of Middle Street.
