Description

1, Brewer Street is an early 19th century industrial building. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior. A dormer window is present. The building is topped with a parapet featuring stone coping. The original fenestration includes four sash windows with intact glazing bars, along with one three-light sash window.
