Description

31 East Cliff Terrace is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is colour-washed. It features a stone parapet and has two sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor is highlighted by a moulded window surround. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 28, 29, and 30, with Nos 1 to 39 forming a consecutive group.
