Description

This is a 17th-century cottage or outhouse located about 20 metres south west of Newhouse Farmhouse. It is constructed of red brick in an irregular bond and features a plain tiled roof. The building is a single storey with a parapet gabled roof and a stack at the right end. There are four segmentally headed wooden casements and a boarded door to the right. This outbuilding is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
