A parapet with stone coping runs along the top of the building. The windows are 2:1:1 sashes, retaining their original glazing bars. A three-light bay window is present on the first floor. The left-hand doorcase features a pediment, pilasters, and a triglyph frieze. The reveals are panelled, and the door is panelled, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. There are four steps leading up to the front door from the street. The building is part of a group with number 17.
